Do I need to remove baseboards before installing my laminate wood floors?

Baseboards should always be removed, so your flooring touches ground from wall to wall- it's easier to repair a baseboard that has separated or needs replacing this way, amongst many other reasons. Also- the holes don't need to to filled, but should be- so you have as much contact between the concrete and you flooring as possible, no air gaps.
