Who are sicilian royalty?

Sicily is an autonomous region of Italy, a republic. As such, there is no royalty in Sicily. The closest thing to a monarch of Sicily would be the head of the former royal family of the Two Sicilies, which is either the Duke of Calabria or the Duke of Castro, depending on who you talk to.
