How can i fix my laminate flooring?

ok i have theses 2 rooms that have laminate flooring in them and there is a water damaged spot almost in the doorway first rooms about 420sqft and the other rooms about 110sqft and right where the doorway is to the rooms is a spot that is water damaged and it's about 4ft from the starting wall can we cut up the flooring and replace it without having to redo both rooms is there a way to put it together backwards from starting wall to finish point?
