How to make an acceptable ID card for Southwest Airlines?

You can't. The only ID accepted is a government-issued ID with your photo on it, and it has to be current and not expired. Anything you produce would be considered fraud, and you would be stopped going through security and very probably arrested. The security personnel are very, very good at spotting forgeries.
