What is the best way to sell homemade jewelry? (Pics included!)?

i did this with my friends last year. we advertised them in the newspaper but that wasn't much help but in my town we hold markets every sunday and we just went down there every sunday for a few hours and we sold a ton ! alot of teenagers and mums where there and they just bought them. :) xx
