Why don't they make movies about Irish American gangsters?

Look at all the ones they made about Italians, yes they put token Irish guys like in Goodfellas in who are in Italian mob which is true, but they only do the dirty work since they weren't Sicilian. They even made a BS movie about Black gangsters in American Gangster, in from NY born and raised, and I grew up in the 70s I never even heard of this guy Lucas until this movie was made, turns out he was a rat anyway. Nicky Barnes was the only Black gangster if you wanna take it there. Also like I said the only REAL Irish mob movie ive ever seen is State Of Grace about "The most vicious and savage gang/mob syndicate in the long history of NY gangs" as quoted by former mayor Guilani. why don't they make a movie about the infamous Boston Irish American gangster Whitey Bulger who is still wanted and 2nd on the FBIs most wanted list to Bin Laden. I don't understand this and no I am not glorifying this, but it would make for good cinema and it's been a part of Irish Catholics life in urban America ever since arriving here from the days of the potato famine.
