Is it possible to look like one ethnicity more than any other part of your entire ancestry?

What I mean to say is this: my heritage is a mix of Italian (like Sicilian), English, Scottish, Swedish, and Norwegian. But the thing is I look mostly Italian and feel funny if I mention my Scandinavian and British background. Is this weird to ask? Lol.
