Outside of Italy, what other nationality looks like Sicilians?

All Europeans tend to look similar to each other,but Lebanese & Egyptions are not White nor European.The North Africans,Jews & Middle Easterners are of Subsaharan & Semite racial roots,NOT White European racial roots!
