What is a creative way to give my girlfriend her birthday present?

My girlfriends birthday is coming up and I just bought her a silver heart necklace. I am having a hard time coming up with a way to give it to her. I just dont want to gve it to her in a bag. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
